Served on a flaming hot skillet; Pollo asado, carne asada, & jumbo prawns wrapped in bacon smothered with white queso. Served with sauteed fresh beil peppers, onions, & mushrooms. Garnished with pico de gallo, a side of sour cream & guacamole.
